Many kinds of sentences are used in children story books, but not all readers know and understand the different sentences the writer used. This project was conducted to analyse kinds of sentences used in the children story book with the title: "The Enchanted Table and Other stories" written by Enid Blyton. The aims of the research are: the first, is to analyze what types of sentences used in the children story book and the second is what types of sentences mostly used in the children story book. The method used is quantitative, because it analyzed kinds of sentences used and what kinds of sentences mostly found. The results show that there are 31 simple sentences (26,40%), 38 compound sentences (32,47%), 22 complex sentences (18,8%), and 36 compound-complex sentences (30,76%).
