Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Aktivitas Komunikasi Bobotoh Persib Bandung dalam cyberspace melalui akun media sosial Instagram @Galeribobotoh yang dilihat dari ruang media, dokumen media, objek media, dan pengalaman media. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan studi Etnografi Virtual. Proses pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Selain itu, teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik CFOA (cues-filteredout-approach), wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dokumentasi, dan Analisis dokumen. Teknik analisa data menggunakan model Creswell. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Aktivitas komunikasi dilihat dari ruang media berupa akun @Galeribobotoh dibentuk tahun 2015. Akun ini merupakan jenis personal account. Pada level ini artefak budaya berupa fitur “loves” sebagai bahasa internet. Dokumen Media berupa penggunaan media gambar/video sebagai konten dalam melakukan interaksi dan sarana bisnis bobotoh dan juga akun, level ini menghasilkan artefak budaya penggunaan aksara sunda. Objek media melihat interaksi yang dilakukan oleh bobotoh, level ini menghasilkan artefak budaya yaitu penggunaan Bahasa Sunda dalam komunikasi bobotoh pada cyberspace. Pengalaman media berupa motif dari akun @Galeribobotoh dibentuk sebagai wadah interaksi bobotoh dalam internet, sehingga memberikan ruang untuk eksistensi bobotoh dalam cyberspace, level ini menghasilkan artefak berupa akun @Galeribobotoh sebagai akun yang mencerminkan fanatisme bobotoh Persib Bandung. Kesimpulan aktivitas komunikasi Bobotoh Persib Bandung dalam cyberspace melalui akun media sosial Instagram @Galeribobotoh adalah menggunakan media internet sebagai bentuk komunitas, identitas dan culture fans. Saran bagi akun @Galeribobotoh adalah menambah pengetahuan kebudayaan sunda sehingga mampu menunjukan eksistensi kearifan lokal melalui media internet, dimana hal ini akan berjalan beriringan dengan eksistensi akun @Galeribobotoh pada media Instagram dan bobotoh sebagai masyarakat sunda.

This study aimed to know communication activity of Bobotoh Persib Bandung in Cyberspace with social media account instagram @Galeribobotoh viewed from media space, media documents, media objects, and media experience. This study used a qualitative approach, with Virtual Ethnography Study. The process of selecting informants using purposive sampling technique. In addition, data collection techniques with Cues-Filtered-Out-Approach (CFOA) technique, in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and document analysis. Data analysis technique used is Creswell model. The result showed that communication activities seen from the media space of account @Galeribobotoh formed in 2015. This account is a personal account type. At this level cultural artifacts are "loves" feature as an internet language. Media Document in the form of media use images/video as content in interaction and business facilities of Bobotoh and also the account, This level produces cultural artifacts in the form of Sundanese script usage. The objects of the media see interactions conducted by the Bobotoh, this level produces a cultural artifact that is the use of Sundanese in communication of Bobotoh on cyberspace. The media experience in the form of motifs from @Galeribobotoh account was formed as a forum for Bobotoh interaction in the internet, this level produces a cultural artifact that is account @Galeribobotoh as an account that reflects the fanatism of Bobotoh Persib Bandung. The conclusion of this research that communication activity of Bobotoh Persib Bandung in Cyberspace with social media account instagram @Galeribobotoh is using the internet as a form of community, identity and culture fans. The suggestion for account of @Galeribobotoh is adding to the knowledge of the Sundanese culture, so being able to show the existence of local heritage through the internet, it is also the existence of the account @Galeribobotoh on Instagram and Bobotoh as Sundanese identity.
