Alat Penambal Ban Elektrik Otomatis Berbasis Microcontroller ATmega8535 adalah sebuah alat yang dirancang untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan penambalan ban menggunakan pemanas yang berasal dari listrik. Pembahasan pada laporan ini akan dikhususkan pada bagian perancangan pemanas yang terkontrol menggunakan ATmega8535 yang sudah memiliki tetapan suhu yang akan digunakan. Setelah menekan Push Button, maka user atau pengguna dapat menggunakan alat tersebut setelah proses awal pemanasan heater, ketika Push Button ditekan maka microcontroller akan mengirimkan sinyal untuk mulai memanaskan heater, lalu ketika suhu pemanasan awal tercapai maka box heater akan terbuka secara. Alat ini menggunakan motor DC untuk membuka box . Untuk mengetahui suhu digunakan sensor Thermocouple yang diperkuat oleh penguat instrumentasi. Untuk mengendalikan motor pembuka-penutup box, digunakan driver motor dengan relay yang akan menghubungkan motor dengan microcontroller ATmega8535. Untuk indikator alat, digunakan LCD agar pengguna dapat mengetahui operasi alat dengan tepat. Kata Kunci : thermocouple, push button, driver motor, relay, microcontroller, ATmega8535, LCD.

Tire patch tool Microcontroller-Based Automatic Electric ATmega8535 is a tool designed to be able to do the job filling tires using an electric heater that comes from. The discussion in this report will be devoted to the design of a controlled heating using ATmega8535 which already has a constant temperature to be used. After pressing the Push Button, then the user or users can use the device after the initial heating process heater, when the Push Button is pressed then the microcontroller would send a signal to begin to heat up the heater, and when the preheating temperature is reached the heater box will open. This tool uses a DC motor to open the box. To find Thermocouple temperature sensor used is amplified by the instrumentation amplifier. For the opening-closing motor control box, used motor driver with a relay that will connect the motor with a microcontroller ATmega8535.
