This study titled "An Analysis of The Structure of and the tenses in The Annual Report of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (2011)" is aimed to identify the annual report structure and the tenses mostly used in the annual report. The data was taken by downloading from company's official website (www.indonesiaport.co.id). In analyzing the structure, qualitative method was used following BAPEPAM-LK's provision and the theory of Bentley (2008). Moreover, by using the theory by Azar (2002) and quantitative method, the tenses were analyzed. The results show that the annual report consists of several elements arranged into opening statement, and facts related to company performance and company habitual. Furthermore, the tenses mostly used in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (2011)'s annual report are simple present tense and simple past tense.
