Penggunaan shotcrete atau beton tembak pada pekerjaaan dinding masih jarang dipakai didalam pembuatan dinding sebuah rumah. Shotcrete umumnya dipakai untuk pembuatan kolam renang, saluran air dan perbaikan beton. Untuk tugas akhir ini kami meneliti tentang produktivitas pelaksanaan metode dinding b-panel, serta membandingkan metode b-panel dengan metode konvensional (batu bata) sehingga diketahui metode yang lebih efisien berdasarkan variabel waktu dan biaya pada proyek perumahan Dylan Residence Pondok Cabe Jakarta. Analisa perbandingan ini meliputi analisa waktu pekerjaan, menganalisa produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pelaksanaan kedua metode tersebut. Analisa harga satuan menggunakan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan tahun 2011-2012 yang mengacu pada SNI 2007 yang dikeluarkan oleh Dinas Tata Ruang dan Cipta Karya Kota Bandung, juga harga satuan barang dan upah dari Provinsi Jakarta Tahun 2011-2012. Dengan volume pekerjaan dihitung dari gambar rencana rumah Tipe 45 proyek perumahan Dylan Residence Pondok Cabe Jakarta, sehingga diperoleh aspek-aspek yang menyebabkan perbedaan antara metode konvensional batu bata dengan dinding b-panel. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisa berdasarkan variabel waktu dan biaya yaitu volume dinding konvensional lebih kecil dibanding metode dinding b-panel, akan tetapi untuk untuk metode dinding b-panel bisa memperkecil volume pekerjaan beton karena pada rumah tipe 45 dengan 1 lantai ini, tidak diperlukan kolom. Metode dinding konvensional masih lebih murah dengan selisih sekitar 1,5% dibandingkan metode dinding b-panel. Metode dinding konvensional masih lebih lama 5 hari pelaksanaannya dibandingkan metode dinding b-panel. Kata kunci: Perbandingan, shotcrete, konvensional, b-panel, waktu, biaya

The use of shotcrete or concrete fire wall on the job, is still rarely used in the manufacture of the wall of a house. Shotcrete is generally used for the manufacture of swimming pool, water and concrete repair. For this thesis we study the productivity of the implementation of the method of wall-panel b, and b-panel method comparing with the conventional method (brick) so it is known that more efficient methods based on the variables of time and cost of the housing projects Dylan Residence Jakarta Pondok Cabe.
This comparative analysis includes the analysis of the work, analyzing the productivity of labor in the implementation of both methods. Analysis using the unit price unit price analysis of work in 2011-2012 which refers to the ISO 2007 issued by the Department of Spatial Planning and Human Settlements Bandung, also the unit price of goods and the wages of the Province of Jakarta Year 2011-2012. With the volume of work is calculated from 45 type drawing house plans housing projects Dylan Residence Jakarta Pondok Cabe, in order to obtain those aspects that cause the difference between the conventional method with a brick-wall panel b.
The results obtained from the analysis based on the variables of time and cost of the wall volume is smaller than the conventional method of b-panel walls, but for the for the b-panel wall method can reduce the volume of the concrete work for the house type 45 with one floor, it is not necessary columns . Conventional methods of the wall is still cheaper by a margin of about 1.5% over the wall b-panel method.
