ABSTRACT
This final project is about the analysis of the main reasons of consumers in choosing Juicee Cafe in CiWalk Bandung. The aim of this research is to find out the factors which influence the customers in choosing Juicee Cafe. I analyze buying motives of consumers in Juicee Cafe. In this research I have collected data through questioners which have been distributed to 220 respondents who have visited to Juicee Cafe. The sampling method that I have used was Non Probability Sampling with the technique of Judgment sampling. Focus group was conducted to identify the variables which become the consideration for customers in choosing Juicee Cafe. There were eight variables for consumers in choosing Juicee Cafe: pride, quality of service, price, brand preference, location, design and physical facilities, merchandise, and personnel.
