Keberhasilan proyek konstruksi di tandai dengan terlaksananya beberapa aspek - aspek yang selalu menjadi perhatian bagi setiap perusahaan, yaitu mutu, waktu dan biaya. Pada penelitian ini dibahas analisa pekerjaan di proyek pembangunan ruang kuliah 12 ruang ekonomi dan bisnis islam Institut Agama Islam Negeri Jember dengan jangka waktu pelaksanaan selama 180 hari kalender mengunakan bantuan software Microsoft Project 2007. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi penjadwalan proyek dan melakukan pengendalian jadwal pelaksanaan proyek. Dari evaluasi jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan, kemudian dimasukkan kedalam aplikasi microsoft office project, terdapat beberapa pekerjaan yang mengalami lintasan kritis, yaitu pada pekerjaan lantai 1 diantaranya pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan tanah dan urugan, dan pekerjaan beton. Untuk pekerjaan lantai 2 yaitu pekerjaan pasangan dan plesteran, pekerjaan beton, pekerjaan plafond, pekerjaan pelapis lantai dan dinding, dan pekerjaan cat catan. Pada pekerjaan lantai 3 hanya pekerjaan beton yang mengalami lintasan kritis. Pada evaluasi laporan mingguan ditemukan beberapa minggu yang mengalami keterlambatan dan kemajuan fisik pekerjaan. Beberapa minggu yang mengalami kemajuan progress pekerjaan diantaranya minggu I, minggu X, minggu XI, minggu XII, minggu XIII, minggu IV. Dan beberapa minggu yang mengalami keterlambatan progress pekerjaan diantaranya minggu II, minggu III minggu IV, minggu V, minggu VI, minggu VII, minggu VIII, minggu IX, minggu XV, minggu XVI, minggu XVII, minggu XVIII, minggu XIX, minggu XX, minggu XXI, minggu XXII, minggu XXIII, minggu XIV, dan minggu XXV. Namun pada akhir kontrak yaitu pada minggu XXV, tidak ada keterlambatan pekerjaan. Dan pekerjaan ini selesai tepat waktu.

The success of the construction project is characterized by the implementation of some aspects that is always a concern for any company, those are quality, time and cost. This study discussed about analysis of the work in the lecture hall construction project economics and business of islam 12 lecture halls in Institut Agama Islam Negeri Jember with during the implementation period of 180 calendar days using the help of software Microsoft Project 2007. This study is aimed to evaluate the project scheduling and controlling project implementation schedule. From the evaluation of the implementation of the work schedule, then inserted into a Microsoft Office application project, there are some jobs that experienced the critical path, those are the work of on the first floor including preparatory work, earthwork and urugan and concrete work. The work of the second floor of the couples and stucco work, concrete work, ceiling work, the work floor and wall coatings, and paint job. The work on the 3rd floor is only concrete work that experienced the critical path. Weekly reports on the evaluation are found in several weeks that delayed and physical progress of work. The progress of work in several weeks including the first week, 10th week, 11th week, 12th week, 13th week, and the 4th week. And the delayed of the work in a several weeks including the 2nd week, 3th week, 4th week, 5th week, 6th week, 7th week, 8th week, 9th week, 15th week, 16th week, 17th week, 18th week, 19th week, 20th week, 21th week, 22th week, 23th week, 14th week, and the 25th week. The delay of the work occurs because of several factors, including, delays in the supply of materials and materials, and the minimum amount of labor in a piece of work belonging to the critical work. Therefore, the contractors accelerate the work by increasing the labor and working hours. So at the end of the contract, for the 25th week, no delay of the work. This work was completed on time.
