Penerapan aplikasi perangkat lunak winapotek di buat untuk menanggulangi kesalahan-kesalahan data transaksi penagihan pengobatan para pegawai yang berobat di klinik, karena dulu sebelum aplikasi tagihan winapotek di buat sering terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan dalam data transaksi tagihan pengobatan pegawai PT. PLN (PERSERO) dengan klinik yang bekerja sama dengan PT. PLN (PERSERO). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : aplikasi perangkat lunak winapotek yang sedang berjalan, tanggapan operator komputer di apotek atas implementasi aplikasi perangkat lunak winapotek, efektifitas kerja operator komputer di apotek setelah menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak winapotek, dan menguji pengaruh aplikasi perangkat lunak winapotek terhadap efektifitas kerja operator komputer.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan varifikatif. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui implemetasi aplikasi dan efektifitas kerja operator komputer, sedangkan metode verifikatif digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara aplikasi perangkat lunak winapotek dan efektifitas kerja operator komputer. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui aplikasi perangkat lunak winapotek yang sedanga berjalan menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang sekaligus dijadikan sebagai sampel, dengan demikian disebut sampling jenuh. Metode dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya untuk analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment, dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 14.0 for Windows.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa implementasi aplikasi perangkat lunak winapotek dalam kategori cukup baik dan efektifitas kerja operator komputer juga dalam kategori cukup baik. Aplikasi perangkat lunak winapotek berpengaruh positif terhadap efektifitas kerja operator komputer, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan t-hitung 6,844 > t-tabel 2,101, dengan tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan besar pengaruh 72,25% sedangkan sisanya 27,75% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

The method used in this research is descriptive and varifikatif. Descriptive method used to determine the effectiveness of employment applications and implemetasi computer operator, while the verification method used to determine the effect of winapotek software applications and computer operator working effectiveness. Furthermore, to find a winapotek software application running the structured approach. The population in this study as many as 20 people at one time used as a sample, thus called the saturation sampling.. In data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, to analyze the data using Pearson product moment correlation test, using SPSS 14.0 for Windows.
The results stated that the implementation of application software in the category winapotek good enough and the effectiveness of a computer operator working quite well also in this category. Application software winapotek positive influence on the effectiveness of a computer operator, this is evidenced by the results of the calculation of 6.844 t count> t-table 2.101, with a very strong level of relationship and the influence 72.25% while the remaining 27.75% influenced by factors others are not examined.
