Modernisasi administrasi perajakan merupakan bagian dari reformasi perpajakan secara komperhensif sebagai satu kesatuan dilakukan terhadap 3 bidang pokok yang secara langsung menyentuh pilar perpajakan. Sedangkan Kinerja Account Representative adalah pelayan atau kinerja yang harus meningkatkan efisiensi sekaligus menegakkan profesionalisme serta integritas aparat dalam menegakkan peraturan perpajakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan modernisasi administrasi perpajakan terhadap kinerja account representative di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Bandung.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran variabel modernisasi administrasi perpajakan dan variabel kinerja account representative, sedangkan verifikatif untuk mengetahui hubungan antara modernisasi administrasi perpajakan dan variabel kinerja account representative. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan modernisasi administrasi perpajakan terhadap kinerja account representative digunakan pengujian statistik. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah perhitungan korelasi Person Product Moment, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 15.0 for windows.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Modernisasi Administrasi Perpajakan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja account representative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak di Wilayah Kota Bandung. Terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara penerapan modernisasi administrasi perpajakan dengan kinerja account repesentative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Wilayah Kota Bandung.

Tax administration modernization is part of a comprehensive tax reform as a whole performed on three key areas that directly touch the pillar of taxation. While the Account Representative Performance is a minister or performance should improve efficiency at the same time upholding the professionalism and integrity of officials in enforcing tax regulations. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of tax administration modernization implementation to the performance of an account representative at Bandung Small Tax Payers Office.
The research of method that used descriptive and verification methods. The method used to determine descriptive overview of tax administration modernization and account representative performance, while the verification method used to determine a correlation between the tax administration modernization and account representative performance. To determine the effect of tax administration modernization implementation to account representative performance used statistical tests. The statistic test used Person Product Moment correlation, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test using SPSS 15.0 for Windows applications.
The results of this research indicate that application of Tax Administration Modernization significant in improving the account representative performance at the Bandung Small Tax Payers Office. There is a fairly strong correlation the implementation of tax administration modernization with performance repesentative account at Bandung Small Tax Payers Office.
