Indikator Kinerja Umum (IKU) Pegawai Ditjen Pajak dan kinerja account representative masih kurang.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil kajian seberapa besar penerapan sistem administrasi perpajakan yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Account Representative di KPP Wilayah Bandung dan seberapa besar kualitas teknologi informasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Account Representative di KPP Wilayah Bandung. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu Account Representative di KPP wilayah Bandung sebanyak 99 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang akan diteliti berjumlah 50 account representative. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sistem administrasi perpajakan dengan kinerja pegawai dan hubungan antara kualitas teknologi informasi dengan kinerja pegawai, maka digunakan pengujian statistik menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS V.2.0.M3. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup baik dengan searah (positif) antara sistem administrasi perpajakan dengan kinerja pegawai. begitupun hubungan antara kualitas teknologi informasi dengan kinerja pegawai yang menunjukkan keterkaitan yang cukup baik dengan searah (positif). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sistem administrasi perpajakan dengan kinerja pegawai dan kualitas teknologi informasi dengan kinerja pegawai.

The General Performance Indicators (GPI) and the Directorate General of Taxation Employees account representative performance is still lacking.The purpose of this study was to obtain results of the study how much the application of the tax administration system that affects the performance of employees at Regional Account Representative at KPP Bandung and how much quality information technology that affects the performance of employees at Regional Account Representative at KPP Bandung. The population in this study is Account Representative at KPP Bandung area by 99 people. While the sample to be studied was 50 account representative. The method used is descriptive and verification method. To determine the relationship between the tax administration system with employee performance and the relationship between the quality of information technology with the performance of employees, then used statistical tests using analytical tools Structural Equation Model (SEM) with application SmartPLS V.2.0.M3. Statistical analysis shows that there is a fairly good relationship with the direction (positive) between the tax administration system with employee performance. as well as the relationship between the quality of information technology with the performance of employees who demonstrate a fairly good relationship with the direction (positive). The conclusion of this study is a significant relationship between the tax administration system with employee performance and quality of information technology with the performance of employees.
