Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana isi beritabr / hukum lembaga kantor berita nasional ANTARA Biro Bandung ditinjau daribr / fungsi paragraf terhadap penampung ide pokok, memudahkan pemahaman jalanbr / pikiran pembaca, melahirkan jalan pikiran yang sistematis, dan mengarahkanbr / pembaca mengikuti alur penulis.br / Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan teknik analisis isi.br / Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studibr / kepustakaan, dan wawancara. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 8 berita yang terdapat 66br / paragraf dari bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Februari 2011. Teknik samplingbr / yang digunakan adalah total sampling.br / Dari hasil penelitian melalui kesepakatan para pengkoding diperoleh hasilbr / bahwa penyajian berita hukum di LKBN ANTARA Biro Bandung selama bulanbr / Januari sampai dengan bulan Februari 2011 menunjukkan bahwa penyajian beritabr / dengan kategori penampung ide pokok dengan sub kategori logis sebanyak 36br / paragraf dengan persentase 54% dan untuk sub kategori sistematis sebanyak 35br / paragraf dengan persentase 53%. Kategori memudahkan pemahaman jalan pikiranbr / dengan sub kategori efektif sebanyak 35 paragraf dengan persentase 53% danbr / untuk sub kategori komunikatif sebanyak 35 paragraf dengan persentase 53%.br / Kategori melahirkan jalan pikiran sistematis dengan sub kategori pola paragrafbr / deduktif sebanyak 28 paragraf dengan persentase 42% dan untuk sub kategoribr / pola paragraf Induktif sebanyak 38 paragraf dengan persentase 58%. Kategoribr / mengarahkan pembaca ikut alur penulis dengan sub kategori mengikat pikiranbr / pembaca sebanyak 46 paragraf dengan persentase 70% dan untuk sub katergoribr / pembaca merasa dimanjakan sebanyak 20 paragraf dengan persentase 30%.br / Kesimpulan dari keseluruhan penelitian bahwa penyajian berita hukum dibr / LKBN ANTARA Biro Bandung pada bulan Januari sampai dengan bulanbr / Februari 2011 cukup layak dengan fungsi paragraf. hal itu dapat dilihat pada hasilbr / koding yang telah peneliti lakukan.br / Adapun saran bagi perusahaan adalah LKBN ANTARA tetapbr / mempertahankan fungsi paragraf dalam setiap penyajian berita hukum. Danbr / LKBN ANTARA dapat memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan kepada mahasiswabr / dan mahasiswi yang melakukan penelitian dalam membuat berita yang baik.

Sampling technique used is total sampling.br / From the results of research through an agreement of the pengkodingbr / obtained results that the presentation of law in the ANTARA News Jakarta Bureaubr / during the period January to February 2011 showed that the presentation of news bybr / category placeholders main idea with the sub categories as many as 36 logicalbr / paragraphs with the percentage of 54% and for sub categories systematically asbr / much as 35 paragraphs with the percentage of 53%. Category facilitatebr / understanding of the mind with as many as 35 sub-categories of effective paragraphsbr / with the percentage of 53% and for the sub category of communicative as much asbr / 35 paragraphs with the percentage of 53%. Systematic way of thinking gave birth tobr / a category with sub categories deductive patterns of paragraph 28 paragraphs withbr / the percentage of 42% and for the sub-category pattern Inductive paragraphs werebr / 38 paragraphs with the percentage of 58%.
