Penelitian ini berjudul ÃâAnalisis Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Motivasi Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bank BRI Cabang Bondowoso (Pesero) TbkÃâ. Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara Simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan kinerja karyawan PT. Bank BRI Cabang Bondowoso (Persero), Tbk; Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Apabila subyek populasi yang kurang dari 100 lebih baik diambil semua sedangkan bila subyek lebih dari 100 maka 10% sampai 15%dari populasi. Dalam pemakaian metode ini dikarenakan jumlah karyawan PT. Bank BRI (Persero), Tbk, sebanyak 68 responden, maka populasi dalam penelitian ini bertindak pula sebagai sampel atau dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian populasi (sensus). Variabel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 2 variabel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian : 1) Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan kinerja karyawan PT. Bank BRI Cabang Bondowoso (Persero), Tbk dengan arah positif. Sedangkan ada pengaruhnya juga disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi secara simulta terhadap kinerja karyawan kinerja karyawan PT. Bank BRI Cabang Bondowoso (Persero), Tbk dengan arah positif.

This study was aimed to find out and analyze the work discipline, compensation and motivation Simultaneous influence on employee performance employee performance of PT.
