Penurunan penerimaan pajak mendasari penulis untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai employee engagement di KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara, karena secara teori employee engagement memiliki peranan penting dalam mendorong produktivitas kerja. Employee Engagement merupakan pengembangan dari konsep Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, komitmen karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat employee engagement di KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara, dan untuk mengetahui karakter employee engagement yang manakah yang paling menonjol di KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara. Data penelitian diambil dari 100 responden karyawan KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara, analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini diukur menggunakan tiga dimensi yaitu dimesi vigor, dedication, dan absorption. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Employee engagement di KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara memiliki nilai mean 3.58 yang masuk ke dalam kategori kelas "tinggi", adapun karakter employee engagement yang paling menonjol di KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara adalah karakter dedication dengan perolehan nilai mean 0.66. Karena hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara memiliki tingkat employee engagement yang tinggi, maka penelitian ini hanya memberikan saran mengenai cara mempertahankan dan atau meningkatkan employee engagement. A decrease in tax revenue underlying the authors to conduct research on employee engagement in KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara, because in theory employee engagement has an important role in boosting productivity. Employee Engagement is the development of the concept of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, employee commitment and job satisfaction of employees. This research to determine the level of employee engagement in KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara, and to know the character of employee engagement is most prominent in KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara. This research data is taken from 100 respondents employees STO Bandung Bojonagara, data analysis using descriptive analysis method. This study was measured using three dimensions, namely dimension of vigor, dedication, and absorption. The results showed that the Employee engagement in KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara has a value of mean 3.58 coming into the category of "high" class, as for the character of employee engagement is most prominent in the KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara is the character of the dedication with the acquisition of values the mean 0.66. Because results showed that KPP Pratama Bandung Bojonagara have high levels of employee engagement, then this study only gives advice on how to maintain and improve employee engagement or.
