ABSTRACT
This research attempts to identify job satisfaction in organization, analyze job satisfaction employees UPJ Bandung Utara at PT PLN (Persero). The research goals are, (1) to measure level of job satisfaction employees. (2) To measure level of a job satisfaction each dimension, there are: dimension with work, work group, organization, and leader. The method is descriptive method, which to measure indicator of job satisfaction and arrange frequency distribution and conclude the score quantitatively and qualitatively.
The conclusion that job satisfaction employees UPJ Bandung Utara at PT PLN (Persero) refer to mean satisfaction that is dimension job, organization, leader and the highest satisfaction is work group.
