Sistem informasi (SI) merupakan bagian dari ranah kajian dalam bidang IT. Hal ini dikarenakan bahwa sistem informasi tidak dapat lepas dari upaya-upaya untuk membuat, menyimpan, mengubah, mengkomunikasikan dan menyebarkan informasi. Banyak wujud dari penerapan IT ini.Salah satu bentuk penerapan IT khususnya dalam bidang sistem informasi sebagai alat bantu untuk mempermudah proses sebuah aktivitas atau kegiatan yakni sebuah Website.Salah satu perusahaan yang telah menggunakan sistem informasi di dalamnya terutama website yaitu Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional (BATAN) Bandung. Sebagus apapun sesuatu tentunya tidak bisa lepas dari berbagai kekurangan. Berdasarkan hasil dari interview dengan para pegawai dan pengamatan secara langsung di Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional (BATAN) Bandung ditemukan beberapa masalah seperti loading time yang lama, web error saat di akses, terkadang hasil perhitungan tidak sesuai, sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk mengadakan suatu penelitian terhadap sistem informasi administrasi administrasi presensi pegawai yang berbasis website di Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional Bandung. Disini peneliti ingin mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kontribusi kualitas website terhadap kepuasan user.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode survei dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui angket/kuesioner. Penelitian ini juga untuk membuktikan kebenaran sebuah hipotesis. Setelah penelitian selesai dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa kualitas sebuah website berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan user. Dari hasil perhitungan antara korelasi variabel independent (Kualitas Website) serta variabel dependent (Kepuasan User) didapatkan hasil 17,64% yang artinya ada pengaruh yang cukup siginifikan meskipun tidak terlalu kuat antara variabel independent dan variabel dependent. Untuk kualitas wesbite sendiri didapatkan hasil sebesar 76,17% yang berarti tanggapan responden terhadap kualitas wesbite BATAN dikategorikan baik.

One form of implementation of IT, especially in the field of information systems as tools to facilitate the process of an activity or activity that is a Website. One company that has used the information in it, especially the website of the National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN), Bandung. No matter how good something certainly can not be separated from a variety of shortcomings. Based on the results of interviews with employees and direct observations at the National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN), Bandung found several problems such as long loading time, web error in access time, sometimes the result of the calculation is not appropriate, so that researchers interested in conducting an investigation of the system presence information administration personnel administration based on the website of the National Nuclear Energy Agency of Bandung.Here, the researchers wanted to know how far the influence of website quality contribution to the user's satisfaction.The method used in this study is the use of survey methods by collecting data through questionnaires. This study was also to prove the truth of a hypothesis.Once the research is completed, showed that the quality of a website effect on user satisfaction. From the calculation of the correlation between the independent variables (Website Quality) and dependent variable showed that 17,64% which means that there is a significant effect although not too strong between independent variable and dependent variable. To the quality of the result obtained by the website itself which means that 76,17% of the respondent considere good quality website.
