PT.PLN (Persero) is a company or organization that work in electric field, it have high commitment to fulfill the customer requirements with make the human resources as company’s important source. Because of that PT.PLN (Persero) use or make self information system which suitable with requirement of company which is increasing the company employee. As for purpose of in this research is to know how big software quality influence to level of satisfaction of consumer ( user) after using software C-Multi @ cess X-plorer ( Cm@x). Metodelogi of this research is analysis descriptive method with quantitative, an approach is done by dathering the data according to the situation of the object that is accurate with the company, then the data obtained, analysed and processed in order to get clarify image of the research object. In this research, satisfaction of consumer ( user) studied and analysed to applies program SPSS 14,0, to know corelation between independent variables ( X) software quality and variable dependen ( Y) satisfaction of consumer. After analysed and it is studied that between variables X and variable Y has a real strong relationship and signifikan and user feels satisfaction after using software C-multi @ cess X-plorer ( Cm@x.
