Penelitian ini dilakukan di Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE) Bale Pare Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung. Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE) merupakan salah satu atraksi wisata yang didirikan oleh yayasan sahabat anak pada tanggal 2 Februari 2004. Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE) memiliki 2 area, yaitu area outdoor dan indoor. Outdoor terdiri atas area Kid Adventure, Iyes Castle, Fun Bike, Otto Mad, dan Harvest Moon Village. Sedangkan indoor terdiri dari Uno blokus, Me Smart, Toys Museum, Meat Love Area dan Gymnastiqua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kualitas pelayanan di Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE). Penelitian kualitas pelayanan di Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE) ini memperhatikan lima hal utama, yaitu lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan tangibles, emphaty, reliability, responsivness dan assurance. Penelitian ini terdiri dari satu variabel yaitu kualitas pelayanan atau service quality. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan populasi infinit karena populasi di Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE) tidak tetap. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 83 orang, kuesioner disebarkan setiap ada kunjungan dimulai dari tanggal 12 juni sampai 1 juli 2012 jenis sampel yang dipilih adalah judgment sampling. Penulis menggunakan analisis frekuensi untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengunjung di Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE) yang terdiri dari jenis kelamin, usia, dan pekerjaan. Selain itu penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan di Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE). Berdasarkan analisis frekuensi, umumnya pengunjung yang mendampingi anaknya bermain di Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE) adalah wanita. Usia pengunjung kebanyakan berkisar antara 20-30 tahun, dengan pekerjaan sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis deskriptif dapat setiap dimensi dari kualitas pelayanan di Spirit Camp Educity sudah 'baik'. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai rata-rata dari setiap dimensi, berikut ini nilai rata-rata perdimensi tangibles memilki nilai 4.02, emphaty memiliki nilai 4.01, reliability memiliki nilai 3.89, responsivness memiliki nilai 3.93, dan assurance memiliki nilai 3.82. Dari nilai rata-rata perdimensi tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata pendapat responden mengenai kualitas pelayanan di Spirit Camp Educity (SPICE) adalah 'baik' hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai 3.93.

Samples taken in this study amounted to 83 people, a questionnaire distributed every visit starting from 12 june to 1 July 2012 of the selected type of sample is judgment sampling. It is seen from the average value of each dimension, the following average values have the value of tangibles perdimensi 4:02, emphaty has a value of 4.01, reliability has a value of 3.89, responsivness has a value of 3.93, and assurance has a value of 3.82. From the average value of each of these dimensions can be seen that the average opinion of respondents about the quality of service at Camp Spirit Educity (SPICE) is the 'good' this is indicated by a value of 3.93.
