Software System Aplication and Product in Data Processing (SAP) merupakan software/program aplikasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan proses bisnis yang dilakukan oleh PT.PLN Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten yang meliputi tiga divisi, yaitu divisi Sumber Daya Manusia, Keuangan, dan Material. Dalam hal ini diperlukan edukasi Software System Aplication and Product in Data Processing kepada para pegawai, sehingga karyawan lebih mengetahui software yang berjalan, untuk menguji dampak dari Software System Aplication and Product in Data Processing terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui software yang berjalan, untuk mengetahui tanggapan pegawai mengenai Software Sistem Informasi Logistik, untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui keeratan Software Sistem Informasi Logistik terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif, untuk mengetahui Software System Aplication and Product in Data Processing yang berjalan menggunakan pendekatan terstruktur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan, analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis Korelasi Pearson Product Moment, Uji Regresi, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji z, pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 12.0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Software System Aplication and Product in Data Processing berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, artinya menunjukkan bahwa Software System Aplication and Product in Data Processing memiliki dampak yang sedang dan searah serta signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti pengetahuan, kompetensi, motivasi dan kepuasan. Dan searah artinya jika penggunaan Software System Aplication and Product in Data Processing tersebut semakin baik maka akan semakin baik pula tingkat kinerja pegawai. Kata

System Software Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP) is a software/application program that utilizes information and communication technology to facilitate business process activity carried out by PT PLN Distribution West Java and Banten, which includes three divisions, namely the division of Human Resources, Finance, and Materials. In this case the necessary educational Software System Application Products in Data Processing and to employees, so employees know more about the software that runs, to test the impact of Systems Software Application and Product in Data Processing to employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the software running, to know the response employees regarding Logistics Information System Software, to determine the performance of employees, to determine the closeness of the Logistics Information System Software Employee Performance. The method used in this research are qualitative and quantitative, in order to find the System Software Application and Product in Data Processing that runs using a structured approach. Data collection techniques using literature study, observation, interviews, questionnaires, and, data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis, Regression Testing, coefficient of determination, and z test, data processing using SPSS 12.0 For Windows. The results showed that the Application and System Software Product in Data Processing effect on Employee Performance, which means indicate that the Application and System Software Product in Data Processing has a medium impact and direction as well as significant in enhancing the performance of employees while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in This research such as knowledge, competence, motivation and satisfaction. And direction of its meaning if the use of Application and System Software Product in Data Processing is the better it will be better the level of employee performance.
