Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas Website SMA Negeri 14 Bandung, melihat seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan terhadap website tersebut juga menegetahui seberapa besar dampak Kualitas Website terhadap kepuasan User.dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu Metode Deskriptif dan Metode Asosiatif.Responden adalah siswa siswi SMA Negeri 14 Bandung .yang di pilih sebanyak 88 orang secara acak. Data di kumpulkan dengan Metode kuesioner.Data yang telah di kumpul di lakukan Uji Validitas dengan korelasi pearson dan Realibilitas menggunakan Cronbach.Untuk menegetahui hubungan antara kualitas website dengan kepuasan menggunakan analisis korelasi sedangkan besarnya peranan dihitung dengan koefesien dertiminasi. Kualitas Website SMA Negeri 14 Bandung masuk dalam kriteria baik dengan total persentase sebesar 68.69% dan kepuasaan User masih merasa masih cukup puas dengan total persentase 67.79% hasil tersebut masuk dalam kriteria cukup baik. sedangkan untuk peranan kualitas Website SMA Negeri 14 Bandung terhadap kepuasan User yaitu sebesar 43.69% yang menunjukkan berapa besar peranan variabel dependen terhadap variabel independen.
Ringkasan Alternatif
The purposes of this study are to find out the quality of SMA Negeri 14 bandung's website to observe the amount of satisfaction level of this website; and to discover the impact of website's quality against the customer satisfaction. Two methods are used in this study, there are: Descriptive's method and Associative's method. The respondens are 88 students selected randomly from SMA Negeri 14 Bandung. Data is gathered by using questionnaire's method, then test data's validity with Pearson's correlation and data's reliability with α Cronbach. This study's use the correlation's method to analyze the connection between website's quality and user satisfaction, then use determination's method to count the number of the role. The quality of SMAN 14 bdg's website is in good level with total percentage 68.69%; the user's satisfaction level is 67.79% which is included in pretty good level; while the quality of SMA Negeri 14 Bandung website's role against the user's satisfaction is 43.59% that shows how the dependent variable affect the independent variable.
