Penelitian ini berjudul ÃâAnalisis Lingkungan Kerja dan Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Kopkar Sekar Kabupaten JemberÃâ. Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan karateristik individu secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja kayawan di perusahaan aneka food kopkar sekar di Kabupaten Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi perusahaan aneka food kopkar sekar, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 14 orang. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 3 variabel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian : 1) Menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan arah positif, dan: 2) Menunjukan lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu bahwa secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan arah positif.

This study, entitled "Analysis of Work Environment and Individual Characteristics on Employee Performance in Various Food Company Kopkar Sekar Jember". This study was aimed to find out and analyze the influence of the work environment and individual characteristics and simultaneous partial Kopkar sekar on employee performance and analyzing the dominant factor affecting the performance of employees Kopkar sekar. The population in this study were part of the production workers at the company's various food Kopkar sekar muddy, the number of respondents as many as 14 people. Variables used as many as 3 variables. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results of the study: 1) There is the influence of the work environment and individual characteristics partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Company Assorted Food Kopkar Sekar Jember with the positive direction. This supports the finding that the presence of the work environment and individual karakterstik be influential in improving the performance of employees; 2) The dominant variable affecting the performance of employees in the Company Assorted Food Kopkar Sekar Jember is the work environment. This supports the finding that the presence of a comfortable working environment and harmonious will improve employee performance.
