ABSTRACT
Time management is a method which is gives a number of techniques for using time effectively, so that aims the defined priority. The report of this research is to find out how the time management quality of Human Research Development Employees Unit at PT. Pertamina Daerah Operasi Jawa Bagian Barat Cirebon. This research is done with distributed questioner to the employees. The final result of this research based on the collected questioner which had been analyzed with descriptive method. The result of this research shows that the time management quality of Human Research Development Employees Unit at PT. Pertamina DOH JBB Cirebon is good in assembling the time management on their daily activity. Based on this situation, so that the HRD employees Unit at PT. Pertamina DOH JBB Cirebon needs to defend time management techniques in daily activity, to become much better and to increase the effectiveness of the employees in getting the things done that needs to be done.
