Penyusunan laporan ini dilaksanakan pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Bandung Creative Hub yang merupakan gedung baru yang dibangun Pemerintah Kota Bandung untuk menampung kreatifitas yang ada di Bandung khususnya dan di Indonesia pada umumnya. Pada rencana seharusnya pelaksanaan proyek ini selesai pada tahun lalu, tepatnya Desember 2016 sehingga perlu diakuan analisis nilai perolehan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan kontraktor pada pelaksanaan struktur. Peninjauan ini difokuskan kepada pekerjaan struktur kolom, balok dan plat dengan menggunakan metode nilai perolehan. Sebelum melakukan analisis dengan metode nilai perolehan, pada laporan ini akan dijabarkan secara rinci perhitungan volume pekerjaan struktur yaitu pengecoran, bekisting dan pembesian. Setiap item pekerjaan yang ditinjau dihitung dan dijabarkan dengan detail yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan rekapitulasi yang disajikan dalam format tabel. Nilai perolehan merupakan suatu konsep dimana memiliki 3 variabel utama yaitu BCWP (Budgeted Cost for Work Performed) atau nilai perolehan, BCWS (Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled) atau nilai rencana dan ACWP (Actual Cost for Work Performed) atau biaya aktual. Hasil perhitungan dari ke tiga variabel ini akan menghasilkan nilai SV (Schedule Variance) atau variasi penjadwalan, CV (Cost Variance) atau variasi biaya, SPI (Schedule Performance Index) atau indeks kinerja penjadwalan dan CPI (Cost Performance Index). Hasil dari perhitungan nilai perolehan akan menghasilkan 3 kurva yaitu BCWS, BCWP dan ACWP. Nilai akumulasi CV dari deviasi BCWS dan ACWP menunjukan nilai keuntungan atau kerugian kontraktor pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur kolom, balok dan plat lantai pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Bandung Creative Hub. The compilation of this report was carried out at Bandung Building Construction Project Creative Hub which is a new building built by the Government of Bandung City to accommodate the creativity in Bandung in particular and in Indonesia in general. On the plan should be the implementation of this project was completed last year, precisely December 2016 so it needs to be incorporated earned value analysis to gain contractor benefits on the implementation of the structure. This review is focused on the work of column structures, beams and plates using the earned value method. Before performing the analysis using the earned value method, in this report will be described in detail the calculation of the volume of structural work that is casting, formwork and bar bending. Each reviewed item of work is calculated and elaborated with detail which is then followed by the recapitulation presented in tabular format. The earned value is a concept which has 3 main variables, namely BCWP (Budgeted Cost for Work Performed) or earned value, BCWS (Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled) or ACWP (Actual Cost for Work Performed) or actual cost. The calculation result of these three variables will produce SV (Schedule Variance) or scheduling variation, CV (Cost Variance) or cost variation, SPI (Schedule Performance Index) or index of scheduling performance and CPI (Cost Performance Index). The results of the calculation of the earned value will yield 3 curves of BCWS, BCWP and ACWP. The CV accumulated value of the BCWS and ACWP deviations indicates the value of the contractor's profit or losses on the execution of the work of column structures, beams and floor plates on the Bandung Building Project Building Creative Hub.
