Pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja perlu diperhatikan bagi pihak perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan kinerjanya dalam menghasilkan pelayanan yang baik dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Daop II Bandung Jawa Barat, produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan menguji dampak pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Daop II Bandung Jawa Barat.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 573, dan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh 85 karyawan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis menggunakan korelasi rank spearman dan koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 12.0 for windows.
Hasil penelitian menyebutkan pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berdasarkan tanggapan responden dengan hasil cukup, sedangkan produktivitas kerja karyawan menunjukkan hasil baik. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berdampak terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan menunjukkan tingkat hubungan cukup, dengan kontribusi dampak sebesar 26.63%, dan sisanya sebesar 73.37% merupakan dampak faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis seperti, konflik keluarga atau dengan rekan kerja, disiplin, fasilitas, dan lain-lain

Implementation of safety and health of work program requisite be needed attention to company to maximize its performance in produce result good service in the effort to improving job productivity employees. The aim of this research is to analysing implementation of safety and health work program of at PT. Kereta api (Persero) Daop II Bandung West Java, job productivity employees, and test impact implementation of safety and health work program to job productivity employees at PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Daop II Bandung West Java.
Research developed by using and survey method. This research also using descriptive and verifikatif methods. Population 573 employees, and the technique of sample this reseach which using a stratified random sampling with the result that for obtainabl 85 employees as sample. Technique in collecting data by use of interview, observation, questioners and documentation. The analyze method by use of a correlation of rank spearman, and coefficient of determination, as well as test of t with by use of help SPSS 12.0 for windows.
The result of this reseach represent that there are pursuant to comment of respondents of implementation safety and health work program is enough, while job productivity employees is good. The result of analysis this reseach represent that there are implementation safety and health work program impacted to job productivity employees level relation indicate showing level enough with contribution the impact as much as 26.63 %, and the rest as much as 73.37 % representing impact by another factors which not analyzed as a family conflict or with the friend work the, discipline, facility, and others.
