Perusahaan Umum Pegadaian adalah perusahaan yang memberikan jasa pemberian kredit dengan sistem gadai, salah satu pemberian kredit oleh Perum Pegadaian Cabang Pungkur Bandung adalah Kredit Angsuran Fidusia, kredit tersebut ditujukan kepada pengusaha mikro dan pengusaha kecil. Objek penelitia yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Tugas akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif, metode deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan objek penelitian berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang sedang berlangsung dengan cara mengumpulkan, menyusun dan menjelaskan data yang diperoleh dengan teknik penelitian antara lain adalah berupa observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terlihat dalam proses pemberian kredit angsuran fidusia terdapat beberapa tahapan yang harus dilakukan yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap permohonan kredit, tahap analisa kredit, tahap komitmen dan realisasi kredit. Para pelaksana yang telibat dalam proses tersebut adalah manajer Cabang, Pegawai Fungsional KUMK dan Penaksir. Kemudian terlihat juga adanya perkembangan jumlah pemberian kredit angsuran fidusia dari tahun ketahun ternyata mengalami fluktuatif.
