Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan distribusi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan dalam penelitian ini akan dikaitkan dengan dimensi dari "logistics service quality (LSQ)" yang terdiri dari order procedure, information quality, personal contact quality, timeliness, order quality, order accuracy, order dicrepency handling, dan order condition. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis faktor, dan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian "Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Distribusi PT. Expand Semesta Jaya Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Bisnis Untuk Produk Kusuka dan Aloha di Bandung" yaitu berpengaruh sebesar 71,3%. Dan hanya 7 dimensi kualitas layanan logistik yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan Distribisi, Kepuasan Pelanggan

The purpose of doing this research was to find out the influences of the distribution services quality to customer's satisfaction. The measurement of this research was linked to "logistics service quality (LSQ)" dimension. Consisting of order procedure, information quality, personal contact quality, timeliness, order quality, order accuracy, order dicrepency handling, and order condition. The method of data analysis used for this research were descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and linear regression analysis. Furthermore, the result of this research was "The Analysis of The Influences of Distribution Services Quality of PT. Expand Semesta Jaya toward Customer Business Satisfaction for Kusuka and Aloha Products in Bandung" amount of the influence is 71.3%, only 7 dimensions of logistics service quality which influences to customer's satisfaction.
