ABSTRACT Service Delivery is concerned with where, when and how the service product is delivered to the customer (Lovelock 1996). This research is comparing the service delivery of two kind delivery services providers, which are Bank Jabar and PT Kejar. This comparison analysis based on the changes of delivery service system in Bank Jabar, because of the limited human resources and to increase the company of efficiency. The goals of this research are to evaluate which service provider that is liked most by the customer.
