Laporan Tugas Akhir ini membahas mengenai pengujian uji tak rusak (Non destructive testing) metode water washable dan post emulsifiable hydrophilic tipe liquid fluorescent penetrant yang mempunyai tingkat sensitivitas yang berbeda. Pengujian cairan penetrant merupakan pengujian tanpa merusak untuk menemukan diskontinuitas permukaan berdasarkan prinsip kapilaritas (capillary action). Pengujian pada komponen pesawat NC-212 dilakukan berdasarkan kajian literatur terkait dan prosedur standard terkait yaitu: ASTM E 1417 (American Standard Testing and Material), ASNT (American Society for Non Destructive Testing), dan NCASA-212 aircraft NDTM (Non Destructive Testing Manual). Kata kunci: Perbandingan sensitivitas, Pengujian tak rusak type fluorescent penetrant.

This Final Report discusses the testing of nondestructive test using water washable and post emulsifiable hydrophilic method liquid fluorescent penetrant type which has different sensitivity level. Liquid penetrant testing is a nondestructive means of locating surface discontinuities based on capillarity or capillary action.
