Terjadinya keterlambatan pengiriman produk di PT. Asno Horie Indonesia (AHI) menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami kerugian, serta belum adanya pengukuran terhadap rantai pasok maka sangat diperlukan adanya pengukuran dari performansi rantai pasok perusahaan. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan pendekatan model SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) terhadap setiap atribut performansi rantai pasok perusahaan, kemudian membandingkan performansi rantai pasok PT. Asno Horie Indonesia dengan kompetitornya dan mengklasifikasikan aspek-aspek apa saja yang tergolong ke dalam parity (keseimbangan), advantage (keuntungan), dan superior atau best in class (unggul), serta menganalisis dan memberikan usulan dari perbandingan performansi perusahaan dengan kompetitornya dengan analisis Gap.Dari hasil pengukuran performansi rantai pasok didapat atribut yang sesuai perencanaan diantaranya atribut supply chain reliability pada delivery perfomance, fill rate, dan perfect order fulfillment; lalu atribut supply chain responsiveness pada order fullfilment lead time; atribut supply chain flexibility pada production flexibility; serta atribut supply chain asset pada asset turns. Kemudian atribut yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana yaitu atribut production flexibility pada supply chain response time; lalu atribut supply chain cost untuk supply chain management cost, cost of goods sold, SG&A cost, value added employees productivity dan warranty cost or returns processing cost; serta atribut supply chain asset untuk cash to cash cycle time dan inventory days of supply chain. Dalam pengklasifikasian rantai pasok perusahaan mendapat kategori superior pada atribut supply chain asset pada cash to cash cycle time, inventory days of supply, dan asset turn serta dari atribut effectiveneess of return pada return on assets. Selanjutnya yang tidak tergolong ke dalam kategori manapun yaitu dari atribut supply chain cost pada cost of good sold dan SG&A cost, serta atribut profitability pada gross margin, operating income dan net income.Selanjutnya kesimpulan dari penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah opportunity yang dihasilkan dari pengukuran performansi rantai pasok yaitu efisiensi biaya sebesar 13 milyar dan bertambahnya gross margin perusahaan menjadi 1.093 milyar (bertambah 601 milyar), kemudian operating income menjadi 941 milyar (bertambah 507 milyar), dan net income menjadi 262 milyar (bertambah 7 milyar).
