Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasio efektivitas keuangan pada BAPPEDA Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, untuk mengetahui kinerja pemerintah daerah pada BAPPEDA Kabupaten Tasikmalaya serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh rasio efektivitas keuangan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah pada BAPPEDA Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio efektivitas keuangan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah maka digunakan pengujian statistik. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi Pearson Product Moment, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis dan juga menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16.0 for windows untuk memperkuat perhitungan secara manual.
Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi diketahui bahwa hubungan rasio efektivitas keuangan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah adalah kuat dan positif. Sedangkan pengaruh rasio efektivitas keuangan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah adalah sebesar 59%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 41% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji t menunujukkan bahwa rasio efektivitas keuangan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah, dengan demikian maka hipotesis penulis yang mengungkapkan rasio efektivitas keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah terbukti.

The purpose of this research is to find out an the ratio of financial effectiveness at BAPPEDA Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, the performance of local government at BAPPEDA Kabupaten Tasikmalaya and to find out about how much influence the effectiveness of financial ratios on the performance of local governments at BAPPEDA Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. The method use in this research is the analytical descriptive method with the quantitative approach and to find out the effect of the ratio of the financial effectiveness of local government performance use statistic test. The statistic test that used in this research is simple linear regression, Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, hypothesis test and also the application of SPSS 16.0 for windows that was used to strengthening the calculation manually. Based of the calculation of the correlate coefficient was obtained, assuming that the relation of the financial effectiveness ratio to local government performance has a strong relation and positive. Weather the relation of the financial effectiveness ratio to the performance of local governments is 59% and the rest of it is 41% influence by other factor. The t test product showed that the effectiveness of financial ratios has a significant influence to the performance of local governments, or in other words the hypothesis by researcher means that the effectiveness of financial ratios to the performance of local governments was proofed.
