Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana stress kerja pada PT. Nobel Industries Bandung, dengan mengetahui stress kerja pada karyawan PT. Nobel, dalam penelitian ini yaitu stres kerja serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nobel Industries Bandung.br /br /
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan maka digunakan pengujian statistik.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampel sebanyak 100 responden.Untuk mengetahui stress kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan digunakan analisis statistic yaitu koefisien korelasi, regresi linear sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, dengan alat bantu data software SPSS 18.0 for windows.br /br /
Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi diketahui bahwa hubungan antara stress kerja dengan kinerja karyawan termasuk kategori kuat atau tinggi. Hal ini berarti jika stress kerja pada PT. stress kerja semakin rendah maka tingkat kinerja karyawan pun akan meningkat baik.br /br /
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa StresKerja berdampak terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Nobel Industries Bandung.

This studyaimsto determine how the stress of work at PT. Nobel Industries Bandung, by knowing the work stresson employees of PT. Nobel, in this research work stress and to find out whether there is influence between job stress on employee performance in PT. Nobel Industries Bandung.br /br /
The method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis with quantitative approach, and to identify the influence of job stress on employee performance then used statistical tests. Data collection method used is a sample of 100 respondents. To know the stress of workin improving employee performance used in the statistical analysis of the correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and test hypotheses using t test, with data tool SPSS18.0 soft warefor windows.br /br /
The calculation of correlation coefficient is known that the relationship between work stress with a strong employee performance category or higher. This means that if the stress of work at PT. work stress the lower the performance level of employees will increase both.br /br /
Based on the test results can be concluded that the impact of Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Nobel Industries Bandung.br /
