PT MPB Cimahi adalah salah satu dealer resmi kendaraan merek Mitsubishi. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang penjualan dan servis kendaraan. Selama 4 tahun terakhir, Departemen Sales belum mampu mencapai target penjualan. Selain itu, sejak Januari 2018 hingga Februari 2019 Departemen Service hanya mampu mencapai target pendapatan di bulan November 2018 dan Januari 2019 saja. Diduga penurunan produktivitas karyawan disebabkan oleh perasaan stres yang dirasakan oleh karyawan. Karyawan juga mengungkapkan mengalami tekanan darah tinggi, sakit kepala, sering merasa khawatir, merasa jenuh pada pekerjaan, dan merasa stres. Fenomena tersebut diduga sebagai dampak dari adanya stres kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat stres kerja yang terjadi pada karyawan dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab stres kerja karyawan di PT MPB Cimahi dengan menggunakan dimensi penyebab stres kerja yang diadaptasi dari Robbins dan Judge (2017) dan Hurrell dkk. (dalam Munandar, 2014). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil analisis stres kerja karyawan di PT MPB Cimahi berada pada tingkat stres kerja kategori sedang. Dimensi tertinggi dari stres kerja karyawan PT MPB Cimahi adalah faktor personal, sedangkan dimensi terendah dari stres kerja karyawan adalah faktor lingkungan. Perusahaan dapat memberikan tugas yang sesuai dengan peran karyawan dalam perusahaan, memberikan informasi sasaran kerja masing-masing jabatan, menjelaskan tanggung jawab setiap jabatan kepada tenaga kerja, membuat proses kerja yang jelas, dan memberi umpan balik terhadap hasil kerja karyawan untuk mengatasi stres kerja yang disebabkan oleh dimensi peran individu dalam organisasi. PT MPB Cimahi is one of the authorized dealers of Mitsubishi brand vehicles. This company is engaged in the sale and service of vehicles. For the past 4 years, the Sales Department has not been able to reach the sales target. In addition, from January 2018 to February 2019 the Service Department is only able to reach the revenue target in November 2018 and January 2019 only. Allegedly decreasing employee productivity is caused by feelings of stress felt by employees. Employees also reveal experiencing high blood pressure, headaches, often feeling worried, feeling bored at work, and feeling stressed. This phenomenon is thought to be the impact of employee work stress. This study was conducted to determine the level of work stress that occurs on employees and the factors that are the cause of work stress in PT MPB Cimahi employees by using dimensions of work stress causes adapted from Robbins and Judge (2017) and Hurrell et al. (in Munandar, 2014). The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, unstructured interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the work stress analysis of employees at PT MPB Cimahi are at the moderate stress level of work. The highest dimension of work stress of PT MPB Cimahi's employees is personal factors, while the lowest dimension of employee work stress is environmental factors. Companies can provide tasks that are appropriate to the role of employees in the company, provide information on the work goals of each position, explain the responsibilities of each position to the workforce, make a clear work process, and provide feedback on the work of employees to deal with work stress caused by the dimensions of the role of individuals in the organization.
