Aspek struktur modal bagi perusahaan cukup penting, kaitannya dengan profitabilitas diukur dari tingkat pengemabalian ekuitas (ROE) yang baik adalah dilihat bahwa perusahaan yang mampu mengelola sumber dana baik modal sendiri maupun modal pinjaman yang berasal dari hutang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Struktur modal dan profitabilitas dengan indikator (ROE), dan besarnya pengaruh Struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas (ROE) pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur,Tbk . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Untuk mengetahui Struktur modal dan profitabilitas (ROE) dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive yaitu data dari laporan perhitungan neraca dan laba rugi perusahaan. Kemudian Struktur modal dan profitabilitas (ROE) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan besarnya profitabilitas (ROE), dapat ditentukan/dipengaruhi oleh variabel struktur modal. Sedangkan secara parsial Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROE). Artinya jika Struktur modal menurun maka profitabilitas (ROE) yang dihasilkan akan meningkat

Aspects of the capital structure for the company is quite important, to do with the profitability measured by the level pengemabalian equity (ROE) good is seen that the company is able to manage both equity funding sources and capital loans arising from debt. The purpose of this study was to determine the capital structure and profitability indicators (ROE), and the influence of capital structure on profitability (ROE) on PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. This research uses descriptive method verification. To determine the capital structure and profitability (ROE) by using purposive sampling technique that is the data of the report the calculation of the balance sheet and profit and loss of the company. Then the capital structure andprofitability(ROE) Based on the results of the study showed that simultaneous magnitude of profitability (ROE), can be determined / influenced by a variable capital structure. While the capital structure partially significant negative effect on profitability (ROE). This means that if the capital structure decreases the profitability (ROE) generated will increase
