Website Reserse Polda Metro Jaya merupakan sebuah web yang memberikan informasi untuk masyarakat luas. Keberhasilan terhadap pengguna website salah satunya dilihat dari kemudahan saat pengguna berinteraksi dengan User Interface (UI) dengan website tersebut. Pada saat ini keadaan Website Reserse Polda Metro Jaya belum memiliki peracangan model User Experience (UX). untuk mendukung kemudahan dalam berinteraksi dengan UI. Data diperkuat setelah melakukan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert kepada users menghasilkan persentase evaluasi sebesar 47,4% yang menunjukan total hasil biasa saja pada kuesioner mula-mula yang dilampirkan pada lampiran penelitian, dan diketahui dari hasil kuesioner menjadikan website perlu untuk dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut. Dari segi tampilan website, pengunjung kurang mengetahui fitur SP2HP yang sangat esensi sebagai informasi tersangka. Informasi ini ditujukan untuk masyarakat umum terutama keluarga tersangka yang dapat mengetahui sudah sejauh mana tahapan surat penangkapan kasus tersangka narkoba. Maka dilakukan pengujian menggunakan pengujian menggunakan Analisis Konseptual Model yang sebelumnya telah di analisis menggunakan metode TCSD (Task Centered System Design). Task Centered System Design (TCSD) merupakan metode dalam Human Computer Interaction (HCI) yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan task pengguna. Metode TCSD meliputi 4 tahap, yaitu identification, requirement, design as scenario dan walktrough evaluate. Hasil identification digunakan sebagai dasar dalam perancangan user interface. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan UI/UX berhasi diimplementasikan metode TCSD (Task Centered System Design) dan pengujian perbaikan website Reserse Narkoba Polda Metro Jaya dari segi User Interface dan User Experience menghasilkan nilai sebesar 64,7% lebih besar dari website lama yaitu sebesar 41,8%. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahawa website hasil rekomendasi lebih mudah digunakan oleh pengguna umum yaitu masyarakat sendiri atau pun pengguna intern
Yaitu petugas kepolisian itu sendiri.

The success of users website one seen from ease user when interact with a User Interface ( UI ) with the website. The data reinforced after the questionnaire using a Likert scale to evaluate the percentage of users generate 47.4% which showed total mediocre results in the first questionnaire attached in the appendix of research, and is known from the questionnaire to make websites need to do further analysis. In terms of view website , visitors not really know features sp2hp very essence as information suspects .This information intended for the general public especially the suspects to know is the extent to which the case the arrest warrant suspected drug. Then done testing using testing using analysis conceptual model has previously in analysis in a TCSD ( Task Centered System Design ). Task Centered System design (TCSD) is a method in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) using to identify userÃâs task. TCSD consiste of 4 phase: identification, requirement, design as scenario, and walktrough evaluation. Result by identification will be using as the basis of designing an interface. After analyzed used calculation UI / UX success implemented method TCSD (Task Centered System Design) and testing improvement website detective drugs city police in terms of a User Interface and User Experience produce value of 64,7% larger website long is as much as 41,8%.
