Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, growth opportunity, likuditas baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sector automotif dan components yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2009-2012. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan sector automotif dan components yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2012. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, growth opportunity berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal dan likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Dan variabel profitabilitas, growth opportunity, dan likuiditas berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect pofitabilitas, growth opportunity, liquidity either partially or simultaneously to the capital structure in corporate sector and the automotive components listed on the Indonesian stock ursa 2009-2012. The population in this study was 12 automotive and components listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009 until 2012. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method is the determination of the sample based on specific criteria resulting in a sample of 6 perusahaa. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the T test and F test to test the hypothesis. Based on the results of tests that have been conducted found that in partial profitability, laverage operational, liquidity partial effect on capital structure. And profitability variables simultaneously, laverage operational, and liquidity are jointly are affect the capital structure.
