Sistem penerimaan karyawan pada PT Cybertech Cahaya Inovasi saat ini yaitu pelamar membaca informasi lowongan melalui koran, sosial media atau website pihak lain yaitu website indojob, kemudian melakukan pendaftaran melalui email atau datang langsung ke perusahaan, lalu pihak perusahaan akan menyeleksi kelengkapan data pelamar ketika berkas lamaran memenuhi kriteria pelamar dapat melakukan tes tertulis dan wawancara. Pada proses yang akan dibangun maka pelamar cukup membuka website untuk membaca informasi lowongan, lalu pelamar dapat melakukan pendaftaran dan melampirkan berkas yang dibutuhkan perusahaan setelah itu, admin dapat menyeleksi pelamar setelah berkas pelamar diseleksi dan memenuhi kriteria perusahaan, pelamar dapat mengikuti tes online, admin dapat mengisi nilai berkas pelamar, setelah pelamar mengikuti tes online sistem akan mengelola hasil nilai tersebut jika hasil nilai tes online memuaskan maka pelamar dapat mengikuti tes wawancara dan admin dapat memberikan nilai hasil tes interview. Adapun perangkat pendukung yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem penerimaan karyawan ini yaitu sublime text 3, google chrome, CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Bentuk dan kebutuhan sistem terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan sistem, analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, analisis kebutuhan perangkat keras, flowmap, perancangan UML, perancangan aplikasi, pengelolaan basis data dan antar muka pemakai (interface). Sistem yang dibuat dengan merinci komponen-komponen pendukung berupa perangkat keras, perangkat implementasi, hasil implementasi, tampilan antar muka serta pengujian perangkat lunak. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, maka proses penerimaan karyaawan lebih efisien dan efektif karena tidak membuang banyak waktu dan membutuhkan dana yang besar sebab, informasi lowongan dapat dibaca secara online, pendaftaran dan berkas lamaran dapat langsung dikirim, tes tertulis dan absensi menggunakan sistem.
