People can not be separate from communicating. The era grows, so that the way to communicate. Now, even though million miles away won’t be a threat to communicate. Nowadays, handphone is the most favourite communication device. That’s why many companies consider that communication business is profitable.
PT INDOSAT Tbk. as the second biggest GSM provider in Indonesia try to keep on improving their service in every aspects, including network aspect. Therefore, the application of network GSM statistic processing that is made hopefully could make the effort of PT INDOSAT Tbk. in improving their network quality more effective and efficient.
The application of network GSM statistic processing is designed in a way to makw user easy to operate it (user friendly), and has been tested by Black Box method and by the user, all people in Sub Division of Quality Monitoring West Java Regional Office in this case.
The application that is designed and tested has able to satisfy the needs of users, and it is proved in the questioners which has been given in Sub Division of Quality Monitoring West Java Regional. The application is also hoped to be able to keep the data and the information to be up to date, relevant, on time, and useful.
