Tugas Akhir yang dilakukan adalah mengembangkan perangkat lunak yang disebut Perisalah yang ada di kantor DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat. Perangkat lunak tersebut merupakan sebuah Aplikasi Pengolahan Laporan Notulen Rapat. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini hal-hal yang harus dikembangkan adalah proses pengolahan kehadiran peserta dan proses pengolahan hasil rapat. Selama pengembangan perangkat lunak, metodologi yang digunakan adalah observasi pada aplikasi yang sedang berjalan. Tahap pertama menentukan topik Tugas Akhir. Tahap kedua melakukan observasi dan percobaan pada system/aplikasi yang telah ada. Tahap terakhir adalah menyimpulkan hasil observasi dan percobaan untuk bisa menyempurnakan/menambah fitur lain untuk penyempurnaan aplikasi yang telah ada tersebut. Pada akhir Tugas Akhir telah berhasil dikembangkan Aplikasi Pengolahan Laporan Notulen Rapat. Presentasi hasil akhir juga telah dilakukan untuk pihak dosen pembimbing, dosen penguji dan telah melakukan Sidang. Kesimpulan dari keseluruhan proses Tugas Akhir adalah mendeskripsikan proses "pengolahan kehadiran peserta dan proses pengolahan hasil rapat" pada data bersih yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi i-Perisalah untuk menghasilkan suatu laporan kehadiran peserta rapat, laporan hasil rapat serta statistic laporan hasil rapat, sehingga hasil notulen rapat bias terorganisir dengan baik. Kata kunci: Notulen, Perisalah, I-Perisalah, Kehadiran rapat.

Final Project undertaken is to develop software called Perisalah in DPRD West Java office. Such software is a Application Processing Report Meeting Minutes. In this Final Project We have to be developed an application the presence of that process and participants and process the results of the meeting. During software development, the methodology used is an observation on the application that is running. The first stage is to determines the topic of Final Project. The second phase are an observations and experiments on the system / application that already exist. The last stage is to conclude observations and experiments that is to improve / add other features to improve the existing applications. At the end of the final project has successfully developed a Minute of the Meeting Report Processing System. Presentation of final results have also been made to the supervisor, examiner and has done session sussessfully. Conclusion of the whole process is to describe the End Project "the presence of participants and the processing of the processing results of the meeting" to clean the data generated by the application of i-Perisalah and generate an attendance report of meeting participants, meeting reports and statistical reports, so that the raport of the meeting can be well organized.
