PT.Telview Technology Bandung merupakan sebuah perusahaan distributor penjualan dan pemasangan kamera Close Circuit TeleVision (CCTV) dan perlengkapan akses kontrol khususnya di Jawa Barat. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan ini adalah sulitnya mengawasi kinerja teknisi, sulitnya menilai kinerja teknisi yang bertugas di lapangan, masih manualnya proses penugasan dan sistem penyelesaian pelaporan target yang ada. Keterlambatan penyelesaian target dan manualnya proses laporan sudah tentu merugikan perusahaan karena perusahaan akan mendapat komplain dari customer. Untuk itu dibuatlah aplikasi Targeting Checklist yang dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di perusahaan. Aplikasi ini dibangun untuk dapat membantu proses pengolahan data karyawan, data customer, data target pekerjaan, data laporan hasil pekerjaan serta data penilaian karyawan sehingga pelaporannya dapat menggunakan proses komputer dimana saja yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan metode pengembangan terstruktur. Metode penugasan dilakukan dengan metode first come first serve, dimana aktifitas atau order pekerjaan yang datang terlebih dulu maka akan dikerjakan terlebih dulu. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan waktu hasil dari pengerjaan yang dilakukan.Berdasarkan Implementasi dan pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap user, pembangunan aplikasi targeting checklist berbasis website ini dapat mengefektifkan proses pelaporan kinerja karyawan, sistem pelaporan terbantu oleh sistem yang berbasis website sehingga proses pelaporan menggunakan kertas dapat dikurangi, proses penugasan sudah berbasis website sehingga karyawan dapat dengan mudah mengakses pekerjaan yang ditugaskan dimanapun berada dan penilaian terhadap kinerja target karyawan dapat lebih mudah dalam pengecekan karena sistem sudah terkomputerisasi.

The application is built using structured development methods. Assignment method performed by the method of first come first serve, with which the activity or work orders to come first then it will be done first. Assessment is based on a result of the work done.Based on the implementation and tests performed on the user, the development of web-based applications targeting checklist to streamline the reporting process of employee performance, the reporting system was helped by a system based website that the process of reporting the use of paper can be reduced, the assignment is based website so that employees can easily access assigned work wherever located and evaluating the performance of employees can be more easily targeted in the checks because the system has been computerized.
