Fact the field indicate that the class XI SMAN 1 Bangorejo IPA3 shows that the ability of the process skills and student learning outcomes is still relatively low as a result of biology learning objectives stated in the curriculum has not been fully achieved. One solution to overcome these problems by applying Model Learning Cycle 5E (Egagement, Exploration, Explanation, Elaboration, Evaluation). This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Bangorejo in class XI IPA3 held on 28 April 2016 - May 12, 2016. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Data collection methods obtained through interview, observation, documentation, test. Based on the results show the excellent process skills category in the first cycle experience enhancer 10% and the second cycle experienced a 12% enhancement. The results of the first cycle of cognitive learning classical completeness increased by 8.8%. Affective first cycle increased to 77.8%. While psychomotor in the first cycle reached 69.4% in the category of "enough". In the second cycle do repairs on indicators unfinished, the second cycle increased to 77% "good". Thus it can be concluded that the application of 5E learning cycle can improve science process skills and learning outcomes of students in class XI IPA3 in SMAN 1 Bangorejo.
