On-line Pendidikan merupakan jenis pembelajaran yang terjadi melalui internet. On-line Pendidikan sering disebut; pembelajaran jarak jauh, pendidikan jarak jauh, belajar virtual, online learning, elearning dan pembelajaran berbasis web. Kemajuan dalam Teknologi Informasi dan (ITC) telah membuat banyak layanan elektronik mungkin. Jasa tersebut sering disebut dengan awalan 'e', misalnya, e- Commerce untuk layanan electronic commerce, e-Banking untuk layanan perbankan elektronik, dan e- Learning untuk jarak layanan belajar. Dalam tesis ini, para peneliti mencoba untuk membuat aplikasi di Fisika Kelas dari Universitas Papua Nugini (UPNG) dengan konsep client server berbasis web yang sebagai klien menggunakan web browser dan web server server menggunakan PHP. Tujuan itu adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada fasilitas siswa, kuliah di kelas Fisika melalui sekretaris (UPNG). Metode yang digunakan dalam penciptaan aplikasi ini Prototype Model. Proses penjadwalan adalah prosedur diikuti untuk mengetahui ketersediaan kuliah, kelas, kursus, dan kuliah akan menentukan proses penjadwalan itu sendiri. Pendidikan membutuhkan rute sederhana yang akan diambil yang akan memiliki akses untuk setiap jadwal dari sekolah termasuk Universitas. Kendala siswa disebabkan oleh perubahan mendadak yang terjadi dengan jadwal saat ini atau jadwal tanpa informasi sebelumnya untuk kewaspadaan untuk orang perhatian. Dengan perkembangan kemajuan teknologi komunikasi seperti internet dan on-line teknologi pendidikan yang tersedia saat ini, masalah dapat diminimalkan sesuai. Oleh karena itu, teknologi saat ini memiliki jawaban untuk insiden seperti di ujung angka kami di mana saja selama ada konektivitas internet. Dalam tugas akhir ini, peneliti mencoba untuk membuat program aplikasi penjadwalan di Kelas Fisika di Universitas Papua Nugini Web berbasis dengan konsep client-server sebagai klien menggunakan komputer, lap top, ponsel dan server menggunakan server PHP web. Manfaat adalah untuk memfasilitasi informasi yang akan diberikan dan diambil dengan penjadwalan lembaga dengan semua program studi yang ditawarkan di kelas Fisika. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti sekaligus menciptakan aplikasi adalah model prototipe. Ketika membuat aplikasi, membutuhkan perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras yang akan mendukung karena itu merancang aplikasi menggunakan web browser dan server menggunakan PHP dengan database menggunakan MySQL, dan untuk pengguna yang menggunakan perangkat berbasis komputer mendasarkan pada XP sistem operasi windows. Sengaja untuk membantu siswa untuk menyadari dan mengetahui informasi penting yang dibutuhkan sebagai program lembaga penjadwalan disajikan oleh aplikasi.

On-line Education is any type of learning that occurs through the internet. On-line Education is often called; distance learning, distance education, virtual learning, on-line learning, elearning and web-based learning. The advances in Information and Technology (ITC) have made many electronic services possible. The services are often referred to with the prefix ‘e’, for example, e-Commerce for electronic commerce services, e-Banking for electronic banking services, and e-Learning for distances learning services. In this thesis, the researchers try to create an application in the Physic Class of the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) with a web-based client server concept that as a client using a web browserand a web server using PHP server. The purpose of it is to provide information to the students’ facilities, lectures in the Physic Class through the secretary (UPNG). The method use in the creation of the application is Prototype Model. Scheduling process is a procedure followed to know the availability of lectures, classes, courses, and lectures will determine the scheduling process itself. Education requires a simple route to be taken that will have access for each schedule from a school including Universities. Student’s constraint is caused by any sudden changes that occur with the current timetable or schedule without prior information for alertness to the person concern. With the advance development of the communication technology such as internet and on-line education technology available today, the problem can be minimized accordingly. Therefore, the technology today has the answer for such incidents at our figure tips anywhere as long as there is internet connectivity. In this final project, the researcher is trying to create a scheduling application courses in the Physic Class at the University of Papua New Guinea Web-based with the concept of clientserver as a client using computers, lap tops, mobile phones and the server using a PHP web server. Benefit is to facilitating information that will be given and taken with the scheduling of the institution with all the courses offered at the Physic Class. Methods used by the researcher while creating the application is the prototype model. When making the application, it requires software and hardware that will support therefore designing the application is using web browser and server uses PHP with a database using MySQL, and for users using computer-based devices basing on XP windows operating system. Purposely to help students to be aware of and know vital information needed as the institution courses scheduling presented by the application.
