Investasi saham sangat rentan terhadap situasi politik dan ekonomi, bursa saham akan bereaksi bila terjadi kemelut dalam negri. Laporan keuangan perusahaan diharapkan dapat memberi informasi bagi calon investor dalam mengambil keputusan terkait dengan investasi dana mereka. Salah satu alat untuk menganalisis harga saham adalah analisis rasio keuangan diantaranya Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap harga saham, besarnya pengaruh Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio secara simultan dan parsial terhadap harga saham pada Medco.
Hubungan kuat atau lemahnya variabel X1, X2 dan Y ditunjukkan melalui Koefisien Korelasi Pearson, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap harga saham menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar konstribusi variabel digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS 15.0 for Windows.
Berdasarkan analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan searah (positif) antara Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio dan harga saham. Peningkatan Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio diikuti peningkatan harga saham di bursa. Kesimpulan dari analisis statistik tersebut adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan atas Earning Per Share dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap harga saham.

Investment in stocks is very vulnerable to political and economic situation, the stock market will react if there is chaos in the city. The financial statements of the company is expected to provide information for prospective investors in taking investment decisions related to their funds. One of the tools for analyzing stock prices is the analysis of financial ratios such as Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between the Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio of stock price, the magnitude of the impact of Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio simultaneously and partially to the stock price at Medco.
Correlation between X1, X2 and Y variable is shown through the Correlation Coefficient of Pearson, Analysis of Regresi Multiple Linear is used to know the level of influence of Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio to share price, and to know how big the variable constribution is used the Coefficient formula of Determinationband hypothesis Testing SPSS 15.0 for Windows.
Based on statistical analysis show the existence of very strong and directional (positive) correlation between Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio and share price. Increase Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio stock prices followed the increase in the stock. The conclusions of statistical analysis is a significant influence on Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio of share price.
