Service Quality is one of the factors that influence customer satisfaction. In measuring that customer satisfaction, there are service quality dimension's used, Functional Quality and Technical Quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Indosat Super Internet service quality towards customer satisfaction. The data analysis techniques that used in this research are frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, normality data testing, correlation analysis, and logistic regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that the internet speed and network disturbance from Technical Quality dimension have a tight correlation and influence to the customer satisfaction. The value of those variables are low, so it should takes an improvement and enhancement in order to increase customer satisfaction. The strategies that used to improve those variables problem and to enhance customer satisfaction are company's communication strategy and service blueprint. This project is about the product packaging design of bolu Bandung for Foker Cake shop. A survey is done to know the respondents' acceptances of the design that is already available and to know the respondents' expectation of bolu Bandung packaging. The survey is done by giving questionnaires to 321 respondents, and there is an evaluation and redesigning to the design that is already available. Then, a new design is made based on the statements that are expected by the respondents written in the questionnaires; also, the new design is discussed with Foker Cake officers. The new design that has been evaluated and redesigned is judged by respondents in focus group discussion. Focus discussion group is done in two steps in order to fulfill the respondents' expectation. After redesigning, the respondents are asked to choose the design that is most necessary and acceptable. The result of focus group discussion is that the respondents prefer to choose the new design that is simpler than the previous one; also, the new design shows a kue packaging more. Therefore, Foker Cake gets reference of bolu Bandung packaging which is expected by the respondents.
