Salesperson is a very important role within a company, because his/her job is the frontline in interaction directly with the customers. In doing so, he/she has to do a sales call to the customers. The sales call needs the expenditure budget such as: bonus, travelling, accommodation meals, promotional materials, entertainment, etc. To generate sale from the transaction the company has to provide money for the salesperson to spend. But the sales cost expenditure has to be as efficiency as possible and according to budget limit as planned. So to control the sales cost expenditure for sales calls (selling) the company has to have an application software. This application has the capability to detect over spending, frauds, to prevent the lost of customer database, and also to monitor salesperson activities, and to create real time report. For the salesperson this application has the benefits as follow: transparency in calculating the rewards, bonuses, and remuneration, and calculating net take home pay. Through this application the salesperson will feel fairly treated and have work satisfaction. Thus this application will be win-win solutions for either company or salesperson. Over all this control system will contribute indirectly to the improvement of salesperson performance and effectiveness.
