This project report was entitled Developing a Bilingual Pictorial Dictionary of Football Terminology by Using Adobe Flash CS5. This project was written since there are a few dictionaries explained the terminology in special categorization such as football terminology in English Oxford Dictionary and information of football terminology was not a well-known bilingual language, English-Indonesia. This report described of developing the bilingual pictorial dictionary of football terminology. The aims of the project were to the final project was to provide guidance to football terminology and the interpretation was introducing the terms accompanied by the picture illustration. Football terminology was the object that was mentioned in this project. In collecting the qualitative data, I did literature study to collect the documents of football terminology by retrieved from //http:www.fifa.com, football managerÂ’s game, football online media, etc. The data that had been gathered were then processed using Salihen MoentahaÂ’s translation strategies. As the result of terminology, there were 260 terms in bilingual languages: English and Indonesian languages.
