This project report is entitled "Developing a Guidebook to Six Sundanese Restaurants with Sundanese Foods and Village Atmospheres in Garut"�. The guidebook was written since Garut lacks of guidance in promotional media concerning Sundanese restaurants such as local tour guide and guidebooks created by local people. The aims of the product are to produce a guidebook and to facilitate people especially for international tourists and generally for domestic tourists who are eager to explore Sundanese culinary in this area. The subject of the product is six Sundanese restaurants with Sundanese foods and village atmosphere in Garut. The purposes of the product are to inform and to persuade the audience who are international tourists and some domestic tourists who are able to read and understand English, to come over to those six restaurants. Six Sundanese restaurants were chosen as the object of the product. The data were collected by doing literature study, interview, and direct observation to the restaurants. The theories used were theories of culinary tourism, Sundanese foods definition, restaurant definition, making a guidebook, elements of good writing, writing styles, and writing techniques. The data collected were processed applying those theories. The result of this project is a guidebook entitled "A Guide to Six Sundanese Restaurants with Sundanese Foods and Village Atmospheres in Garut".� Keywords: Guidebook, Garut, Sundanese restaurants, Sundanese foods and village atmospheres.
