PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia. Dalam kesehariannya bagian Department IT selalu mendapatkan masalah-masalah kerusakan yang terjadi pada perangkat komputer di PT. HMMI pada dasarnya ini adalah bagian dari pekerjaan Infrastruktur Department IT tetapi di karenakan terbatasnya karyawan bagian Infrastruktur Department IT maka bagian Software Department IT sering kali mencoba membantu pekerjaan tersebut, akan tepai masih ditemukan kesulitan sharing pengetahuan antara karyawan departmen IT bagian infrastruktur dan software. Pendekatan knowledge management di departmen IT PT. HMMI ini merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk menjawab masalah tersebut. Dengan fitur yang tersedia diharapkan mempermudah karyawan departmen IT dalam mengolah pengetahuan. Kelebhan dari aplikasi ini yaitu karyawan departmen IT dapat melakukan pengolahan pengetahuan, mencari solusi kerusakan komputer, berbagi materi pelatihan dan SOP dan dapat berdiskusi. Bedasarkan hasil pengujian sistem, aplikasi diagnosa kerusakan komputer dengan pendekatan knowledge management di PT. HMMI ini memberikan kemudahan pada keryawan departmen IT PT.HMMI ini memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan pengetahuan dalam bentuk materi pelatihan, prosedur kerja, catatan kerusakkan komputer yang terjadi dan pengalaman sehingga pengetahuan yang ada mudah digunakan, mudah disimpan, mudah dikelola, mudah diciptakan dan mudah diperbaharui. Aplikasi diagnosa kerusakan komputer dengan pendekatan knowledge management di PT. HMMI ini mempermudah karyawan departmen IT untuk mencari solusi dari masalah kerusakan komputer.

In daily activity Department of IT in the PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia frequently has problems about the damages in the computer device of the PT. HMMI. This problem is about the work in the part of Infrastructure in the Department IT. However, there is limited employee in the Infrastructure department IT, so the employee of the software department IT always helps them to solve the problem. Moreover, the difficulty is frequently found, such as the difficulty in knowledge sharing between the employee of Infrastructure and the employee of Software in Department IT. Knowledge management approach in the IT department of PT. HMMI is the right solution to fix the problem. With features that are available are expected to facilitate IT department employee in knowledge processing. the Advantage of this application is for the employee of IT department to be able perform knowledge process, find solutions on a malfunction computer , sharing training materials and SOP and can discuss. Based on the results of systems testing, the application of the computer damage diagnosis with the knowledge management approach in PT HMMI makes easiness the management of knowledge of training materials, procedures working, computer damage occurring record and experience than knowledge is easy to use, easy to store, easy to manage, easy to create and easily updated. The application of the computer damage diagnosis with the knowledge management approach in PT HMMI makes easiness for the employee in the department IT to find the solution from the problem of computer damage.
