Mass is very infortant as effecticve communication to send message to communicator with communicant. If you see from number of communicant I can touch by mass media. Effectiveness of 90,4 FM toward escalation of secretariat employee have a role in given some information to employee who receive support from acara “obrolan malam”. From all above, public relation of secretariat in subang area as instance of government movement on news correspondent and information service. Of course, it can help the employee to get more information especially society around subang area.
The aim of research are to find out how The Effectiveness of ‘ Night Talk Show ’on 90,4 FM Toward Motivation Escalation of Secretariat Employee in Subang Area. Number of sample is 81 person. Interpretation of sample doing as long 8 days ( 15-23 May ). This random sampling using stratified random sampling. Data was collected from questionnaire, interview, and literature study.
After the writer have done this research, the writer suggest to the 90,4 FM, especially ‘ Night Talk Show ‘ on 90,4 FM not only discuss about net work but the others like as daily activities, health, and education.
