The aim of this research is to know how far is the Efectivity of Daily Press Policy Editorial Galamedia To Journalist Motivation in Working.
In this research, the research type is quantitative. The method in this research is survey method with corelational. Analisis while data collecting technical in this research spreading of questionnaires, implemented through disseminating interview, and library study. Used sampling technical in this research is census. As for the sampling in this research were 32 people. The data technique used correlation between variables is rank spearman coefficient correlation with SPSS 11.5 method.
To find Efectivity of Daily Press Policy Editorial Galamedia On Journalist Motivation in Working can be performed test namely providing question through respondent through questionnaire disseminating about : communicator credibility, the message, channel, journalist motif, journalist hope, journalist insentive on Policy Editorial.
The research result shown there’s an influence between Efectivity of Daily Press Policy Editorial Galamedia To Journalist Motivation in Working with correlations to 0,7.
The result of the research shown that the Efectivity of Daily Press Policy Editorial Galamedia is effectivity to Journalist Motivation in Working.
The conclusion of this research, company leader must construct harmonius relationship with journalist, gives the journalist opportunity in submitting criticism which can build company toward better, for researcher herinafter to look for and read more references so the result of research herinafter would increasingly better.
