This research aimed to know effectiveness of communication leader PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura Corporate Secretary Department (intensity, communicator credibility and message) toward them employee work behavior (attention, understanding and acceptance).
Quantitative was type of research, survey method was used as the research method. Questionnaire, interview, and literature studies were used as data collecting technique. This population research includes all employee of corporate secretary department. Total sampling was applied to get research sample. Rank Spearman was used as data analyzed, and t-test used as hypothesis test.
Result from this research: correlation between intensity with employee work behavior very low with value 0,072, correlation between communicator with employee work behavior quite with value 0,545 correlation between message with employee work behavior strong with value 0,650, correlation between communication leader with attention quite with value 0,463, correlation between communication leader with understanding low with value 0,230, correlation between communication leader with acceptance strong with value 0,722. Using t-test, H0 ignored, H1 accepted. Research result show there is correlation between communication leader PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura Corporate Secretary Department toward them employee work behavior.
The research suggests recommendations for considering employee development intensity to attend any training or seminar of Public Relations that held outside PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura.
