The research aimed to know what extend of Effectiveness Employee Gathering Program by Public Relations of Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel Bandung (factors of communicator and factors message) toward Employees Performance ( functional duty, behavioral duty, and ethics duty). Survey research method was used as the research method. Questionnaires, structured interview, and literature studies were used as data collecting technique. This population research includes all of Employee at Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel Bandung. Stratified proportional sampling was applied to get research sample. To analyzed the data, used correlation between both of variable, while for the examination of hypothesis used of Pearson product moment. Result from this research showed strong enough and significance correlations between Employee Gathering program by Public Relations of Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel Bandung toward Employees Performance. Hypothesis accepted is Ha: " If Employee Gathering program by Public Relations Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel Bandung good, also Employees Performance ". While level of influence of Program of Employee Gathering to Employees Performance is 35 % it means the program effective enough. The research suggests recommendations for Public Relations to evaluate in the next program of Employee Gathering to be better ambulatory, like: attending speaker professional able to motivate the employees, while to employees, in following program of employee gathering pursuant to awareness and not because of obligation.
